- Early-bird registration: $30 per participant for those registered by April 12th
- Registration (after April 12th): $40 per participant
- Day-of registration will be accepted at the Registration Desk in the Pavilion from 8-8:30am. Day-of entry fee payable by credit card only.
- Individuals must be registered to participate
- Sunnyview in motion is a 5K, 3.1 mi distance, computer chip-timed event. Participants of all abilities are encouraged to participate.
- New this year, we will offer a 1mi Wellness Walk/Roll option, which will start quickly after the 5k start
- Central Park Schenectady (Pavilion) 500 Iroquois Path, Schenectady, NY / View the 5k Course Map / View 1m Wellness Walk Map

- Check-in opens at 8:00am
- 5k Race Starts at 9am
- 1mile Wellness Walk Starts at 9:15am
- Awards immediately following the race

- The first 250 registrants receive a 2024 Sunnyview in Motion t-shirt. Guaranteed t-shirt size, if you register by April 12th
- ARE Event Productions – Finish Management chip timing, finish area entertainment/sound system, and race results for the 5k
- Medals to top three male and female overall winners
- Awards to individual, family team, and corporate team that raise the most money by Friday, May 10th at 11am. Day of donations accepted but won’t be counted toward team awards
- Lite post-race refreshments

YES! Hosted by the Sunnyview Hospital Foundation, all proceeds raised from Sunnyview in Motion will benefit Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital’s life-changing mission. Our goal for 2024 is to raise $50,000
No, but personal and team fundraising is enthusiastically encouraged.
YES! We ask that those pushing strollers to queue towards the back of the pack and stay to the side while running to avoid trip-ups.
YES! Well behaved & leashed dogs, who enjoy crowds, are welcome to participate. We ask those with dogs to queue towards the back of the pack and stay to the side while running to avoid leash hang-ups.
YES! Sunnyview in Motion will take place rain or shine.
